1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Viktor Rätzer AG (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”). They form an integral part of every purchase agreement concluded via the online shop.
The GTC apply primarily to business customers (B2B). In exceptional cases, consumers (B2C) may also place orders. In such cases, the statutory provisions of Swiss consumer protection law shall also apply.
2. Conclusion of contract
By submitting the order in the online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by e-mail. The seller reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), excl. statutory VAT.
The shipping costs are shown separately in the order process and are borne by the customer.

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
• Invoice (only for existing business customers, after review)
The seller reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods or to carry out a credit check (see also point 10).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is made via Swiss Post or by collection at the company headquarters.
Shipping areas: Switzerland, Germany and other international regions by agreement.
Delivery times depend on the product stock and are displayed at checkout or communicated separately.
5. Availability
Not all products shown in the shop are available for order at all times. Orderability is controlled internally via a product table and displayed accordingly in the shop.
6. Right of withdrawal / Return
There is no general right of withdrawal. Returns are only possible in justified exceptional cases and after prior agreement. Return costs are always borne by the customer.
7. Guarantee & Defects
The seller grants the statutory warranty for material and manufacturing defects (usually 2 years). Complaints must be made in writing immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
8. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Viktor Rätzer AG until full payment has been received.
9. Use of the website & data protection
The terms of use and the data protection regulations listed there also apply to all visits and orders.
10. Credit check
Viktor Rätzer AG reserves the right to make delivery on account dependent on a credit check. This is done by Intrum AG. By placing an order on account, the customer agrees to this check.
11. Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
All disputes shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Viktor Rätzer AG, 5606 Dintikon.
12. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The seller reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
